Digital Delivery

Instant-download products are delivered electronically after purchase.

Personalized products are delivered according to the processing time stated on the product page.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking their inbox and spam folder for delivery information.

Personalized Artwork

Customers must provide accurate names, dates, wording, photographs and personalization details.

Soulfully Deared creates the artwork using the information submitted with the order.

When a proof is provided, customers must review and approve it carefully before the final file is delivered.

Customer-Submitted Content

By uploading photographs or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it.

You also give Soulfully Deared permission to use the submitted content only to create and deliver your order.

Returns and Refunds

Personal Use

Soulfully Deared digital products are for personal use only.

You may print the artwork for your own home or give the finished print as a personal gift.

Colours and print quality may vary depending on the screen, printer, paper and printing service used.
