Soulfully Deared offers digital artwork only, so nothing will be shipped to you and there is nothing to send back.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once purchased, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations.

Before placing your order, please review the product description, included sizes and personalization details carefully.

For personalized artwork, make sure all names, dates, wording and photos are submitted correctly. We create your design using the information you provide, so refunds are not available for spelling mistakes, incorrect details, unsuitable photos or a change of mind.

Having trouble with your order? Please reach out if your file is missing, incorrect, corrupted or difficult to download. We will gladly help and make sure you receive the correct working file.

Please remember that colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, printer, paper or printing service. Soulfully Deared is not responsible for printing costs or differences in the final printed result.
