Welcome to Soulfully Deared Designs. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to our website and your purchase or use of our products and services. By visiting our website, placing an order or submitting personalization materials, you agree to these Terms.

Products and Customization

Soulfully Deared Designs creates personalized artwork and printed products based on photographs, names, messages and other information provided by customers. Product images, room mockups and examples are provided for illustration. Colours, positioning, cropping and printed appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, material characteristics and production processes.

You are responsible for submitting clear, accurate information and suitable photographs. By uploading photographs or other content, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it for the requested product. You agree not to submit unlawful, offensive, defamatory or infringing materials.

Artwork Proofs and Approval

Where a proof is included, we will send a digital preview before production. You are responsible for carefully checking names, dates, spelling, subject details, colours and composition.

Reasonable revisions are available before final approval. Once you approve the artwork, it may be sent to production immediately. Changes requested after approval may require an additional fee and may not be possible.

Orders, Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency stated on the website. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other required costs will be shown before checkout. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, description or technical errors. If an error materially affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Payment must be successfully authorized before design or production begins. Orders may be declined or cancelled where fraud, unauthorized payment, misuse or technical error is reasonably suspected.

Production and Delivery

Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Delays may arise from proof approval, incomplete customer information, courier disruptions, customs, weather, peak seasons or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged to the customer.

Intellectual Property

Our website, original artwork, branding, product designs, text and graphics remain the property of Soulfully Deared Designs or their respective licensors. Purchasing a product does not transfer commercial reproduction rights unless expressly agreed in writing.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulfully Deared Designs will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. We may update these Terms periodically by publishing a revised version on our website.
