Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

Unless otherwise stated, the original content available through the Soulfully Deared Designs website—including written copy, blog posts, product descriptions, custom artwork, illustrations, graphics, logos, brand language, page layouts, photographs, videos, downloadable materials and marketing assets—is owned by or licensed to Soulfully Deared Designs.

Permitted Personal Use

You may browse, save and print limited portions of publicly available website content for your private, non-commercial use. You may also share direct links to our public webpages or social-media posts, provided the content is not altered and Soulfully Deared Designs is clearly identified as the source.

Permission is not granted to reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, scrape, modify or commercially exploit our content without prior written authorization.

Custom Artwork

Purchasing custom artwork gives the customer ownership of the physical product purchased and permission to display it for personal use. It does not transfer copyright, commercial licensing rights, resale rights or the right to reproduce the design on additional products.

Customers may not use purchased artwork for merchandise, advertising, logos, business branding, print-on-demand products, resale or commercial publication unless a separate written licence has been granted.

Where a digital personal-use file is purchased, it may be printed for the customer’s own household or personal gifting purposes only. It may not be shared publicly as a downloadable file, resold or uploaded to another commercial platform.

Customer Materials

Customers retain their rights in photographs and other original materials they provide. By submitting those materials, the customer grants Soulfully Deared Designs a limited licence to use them solely to create, revise, fulfil and support the order.

We will not use a customer’s photographs or finished portrait for public marketing without permission, except where the customer voluntarily posts and tags the brand or separately authorizes such use.

Reporting Infringement

Anyone who believes content on our website infringes their copyright or intellectual-property rights should contact us through the website and provide identification of the protected work, the disputed material and evidence of ownership.

Unauthorized use may result in removal requests, account restrictions or other remedies available under applicable law.
